bouquet Day Farm Tour
Love playing with flowers? So do we! We enjoy hosting visitors at the farm and giving folks a chance to try something new. The bouquet day farm tour is made for people who enjoy flowers and want to do something a little different with a group of friends or family members. Perhaps you are hosting a wedding and want to have a unique bridal shower. Maybe you want to add a special activity to your family reunion. Or what if you want to get a group of friends together, just for the fun of it?
The basics:
You and your group arrive at the farm when it is in full bloom. You start with a small farm tour among the gardens, so you can stretch your legs and get the lay of the land.
The group then proceeds to our outdoor bouquet shop, where buckets of flowers grown at the farm will be waiting for you. Danielle will walk you through the basics of making a bouquet and then support each participant as they create their own bouquet to take home with them.
This basic package is $40 per person. Minimum 5 participants.
Additions/Custom Party
We can build you a custom party, depending on the interest and size of your group. Prices vary, depending on what you choose.
A few ideas (but we are not limited to these!):
Expand the garden tour to include other aspects of the farm (petting sheep, feeding chickens, pasture walk, apiary visit)
Turn the garden tour into a basic tutorial on growing your own cutting garden.
Learn how to make flower crowns instead of bouquets.
Add the expertise of a farmer-florist and turn bouquet making into a basics of floral design class.
HOst a workshop or retreat
Our 24’ yurt is up and running for your own workshop or retreat. Stunning views on a flower farm. Great birding. Lots of space. We wish to host people who are interested in bettering the world and exploring sustainable living. The yurt will be great for:
yoga retreats
meditation retreats
therapeutic workshops and retreats
a quiet family get-away
a romantic adventure, etc.
